The Bravo! Decoder Pack takes decoding to the next level! It is a resourceful decoding system designed for kids with dyslexia, but it works for anyone! The three sections of multisensory, brain-based activities help kids with dyslexia overcome reading challenges. Reading fluency and comprehension scores soar once kids move through the Bravo! Decoder Pack.
The Bravo! Decoder Pack has three main levels kids work on. The first is an Orton-Gillingham based decoding unit that is a building block of our language. This is how kids with dyslexia learn to read! From there, nonsense words are used to eliminate bad habits like guessing at words. Finally, your child reads a short, fun story ripe with the same decoding units to prepare your child for real world reading.
The Bravo! Decoder Pack is Bravo! Reading’s most challenging supplemental decoding system and is designed for children reading at least at the second grade level. For best results, this system should be used after completing the Bravo! Reading System, the Bravo! Booster Pack, and the Bravo! Super Booster Pack.
Kids must know all vowel sounds, including long and short vowels, as well as have the ability to sound out three-letter words in order to use the Bravo! Decoder Pack.
